The invention presents the method of manufacture of the article out of the blenderized solid propellant, which includes the batching of the liquid-viscous and powdery ingredients, their stirring in the stage of the continuous operation mixers, feeding of the propellant mass in the upright disposed and bound to the aerosphere mold and molding the article in it. The article is molded by feeding of the propellant mass into the press mold with the temperature of 35-45°С at first of 60-75% of the operational volume of the mold without its vacuumization, then shut the link of the mold with the aerosphere, create in it vacuum with the residual pressure of 4.0-20.0 kPa and mold the article in vacuum in the mold. The invention ensures the high quality of the articles integrity at molding out of the propellant mass with the restricted survivability.
