FIELD: polymer materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention preferably relates to manufacturing an article from mixed solid rocket by injection molding technique. Method involves filling an article satellite model with polymer material utilizing a sampling device mounted on mass duct. For that, excessive pressure in polymer material is first created inside mass duct, after which gate of the sampling device is opened, article satellite model is filled with polymer material at pressure 0.1-1.5 MPa and the end of filling is checked. Once satellite model filling end signal is received, gate of the sampling device is closed and feeding polymer material to mold is cut off. Pressure of polymer material in the mass duct is now equalized with atmospheric pressure and satellite model filled with polymer material is withdrawn from the sampling device. Filled chamber is sealed and polymerized in common with molded article. Such procedure allows manufacturing an article from thermosetting polymer material enabling, during molding of the article, remote filling of an article satellite model with composition taken from the mass duct to reliably estimate quality of the molded article concerning its continuity and to reproduce in the satellite model properties of polymer material in the article.
