FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cleaner comprises girder coupled with the base to vary the angle of its installation, primary and additional blades coupled to allow relative displacement to vary blade working length and height of base installation relative to ground surface. Blades are fitted on said beam by means of bolts and telescoping device. Turn angle of the latter is limited by springs fitted on bolts with angular inserts to damp impacts when blade heads on obstacle and to return blades to initial position. Cleaner may turn through 180° relative to axis of motion to change snow and garbage cleaning side.

EFFECT: possibility to be mounted on whatsoever transport facility, ease of mounting.
