FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed damper 1 comprises hollow lengthwise part 2 to be deformed, part 3 coiling backward and attached to the end of aforesaid hollow lengthwise part. In compliance with first version, extending part is connected with coiling back part while hollow lengthwise part 2 is inclined to extending part. In compliance with second version, lengthwise axis of hollow lengthwise part 2 is inclined to lengthwise axis of transport facility. Coiling back part 3 is providing with mount 4. Perpendicular to plane 5 of mount attachment is inclined to lengthwise axis of hollow lengthwise part 2. Transport facility comprising described power damper comprises lining that forms guide surface for hollow lengthwise part 2. Method of fabrication of power damper includes the following operation: varying cross sectional width in some sections of tube from first cross sectional width to second one by forming hollow lengthwise parts with first and second widths, and contracting the tube.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher efficiency of damping.
