SUBSTANCE: hot gas generator 8 comprises burner or combustion chamber 9. It incorporates also heat exchange circuit including pipeline wherein gas to be heated circulates. Note here that pipeline comprises cold gas inlet end and hot gas outlet end. Said pipeline makes heat exchange surface between gaseous combustion products of the burner or combustion chamber 8 and heated gas circulating in said pipeline. Note also that said pipeline performs physical separation of heated from gaseous combustion products created by burner or combustion chamber 9 and differs from know designs in that it comprises appliances designed to control the rate of hot gas flows flowing out from various pipelines 36. Invention relates also to installation 1 intended for dehydration or drying of, particularly, wood materials.
EFFECT: generation of hot gas flow with controlled chemical properties.
