SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to dairy industry. The milk composition contains a milk product, rebaudioside A (as part of a steviol glycosides mixture including at least 50% of rebaudioside A) and erythrite where rebaudioside A is present in the milk composition in an amount of approximately 100 - 3000 ppm while erythrite is present in the milk composition in an amount of approximately 400 - 80000 ppm. The method for imparting a more sugar-like time profile and/or taste profile of the milk composition involves combination of at least one milk product and rebaudioside A in a steviol glycosides mixture including at least 50% of rebaudioside A with erythrite where rebaudioside A is present in the milk composition in an amount of approximately 100 - 3000 ppm while erythrite is present in the milk composition in an amount of approximately 400 - 80000 ppm.
EFFECT: inventions group allows to produce a product and improve the taste of natural and/or synthetic non-caloric or low-caloric intensive sweeteners by way of imparting to them a more sugar-like time profile including taste and aftertaste development beginning and a more sugar-like taste profile.
