FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. A sweetener delivery system is proposed for sweetener compositions comprising at least one highly effective natural sweetener. Wherein the said delivery system is selected from the group including a cocrystallisation sweetener composition based on sugar or polyol, an agglomerated sweetener composition, a sweetener composition received by co-drying and a sweetener composition cyclodextrin complex.
EFFECT: invention provides for an improved sweetener dissolution rate.
