SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The proposed sweetener composition contains rebaudioside A, a salt, a salty taste inhibitor and a sweet taste enhancer. The salt is represented by a salt chosen from the group consisting of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and magnesium chloride. The salty taste inhibitor is represented by an inhibitor chosen from the group consisting of products the Maillard reaction based on hydrolysates of soya protein and reducing sugars, zoniporide, N-(3-methoxyphenyl)-chlorocyanamide, capsazepine, benzedrine, benzamide and their derivatives.
EFFECT: non-caloric or low-caloric sweeteners manufacture.
