Charge has bulk density of 0.930…1.120 kg/dm3 of the particles graphitised from surface of 0.1…0.3 wt % of graphite, with moisture content of 0.2…0.8 wt % and ethyl acetate 0.6…0.8 wt % at the following weight ratio of fractions, %: 0.2…0.4 mm - not less than 90; less than 0.2 mm and more than 0.4 mm - not more than 10.
EFFECT: increasing initial bullet flight speed.
