FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: automated diagnostic system of stationary diesel engines consists of rotation velocity sensor, fuel flow sensor, cylinder pressure sensor, smoke metre, vibration sensor, sensor interface assembly (ADC - analogue-to-digital converter) to personal computer (PC), which are installed on the tested engine, and PC itself. Vibration sensor BC202, smoke metre "Infrakar D-1", and analogue-to-digital converter E440 on the basis of digital signal processor ADSP-2185M are installed on the engine.
EFFECT: invention allows improving the accuracy of determination of actual check parameters of technical state of engines and their deviations from nominal values, diagnosing the stationary diesel engine, evaluating by means of computer the possibility of further operation at simultaneous reduction of labour costs owing to automation of measurement process of primary values and analysis of the obtained data.
