SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, mincing garlic, sunflower flour filling with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, mixing the said components with tomato puree, sugar and salt, vacuum cooking, addition of acetic acid, black hot pepper, allspice, clove, cinnamon and nutmeg, packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce tomato sauce with low adhesion to container walls.
