FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to sauces production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, mincing garlic, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, mixing the said components with tomato puree, sugar and salt, vacuum cooking of the mixture, addition of acetic acid, black hot pepper, allspice, clove, cinnamon and nutmeg, the product packing, sealing and sterilisation. All the components are taken at a specified content ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the product adhesion to container walls.
