FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device for microhaemolymphodynamics diagnostics in vivo comprises a sensor (4) connected to a laser Doppler flowmeter (5) connected to a computer system (6). The device is equipped with a working chamber (1) for an examined object (2). The sensor (4) is held in a fixation grip (7). The grip (7) is connected to a stereotactic manipulator (3) by means of a junction assembly (8). The junction assembly (8) is configured as a ball joint with a stabilising clamp screw (9).

EFFECT: extending the microcirculation examination area in vivo in any body region, including the intraoperative examination of any internal organs, providing high localisation accuracy, fixation targeting, maximum degree of freedom of dimensional orientation of the sensor, substantial reduction of injuries of the examined tissues and misrepresentation of the examination results caused by mechanical irritation of the examined area by the sensor.
