FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous production of plastic bags with sides and folded bottom. Note here that said plant comprises sheet feeders to stack up sheet material top and bottom webs and feed them lengthwise. Note also that said webs have outer surfaces and opposite side edges. Means to feed material for bottom fold feed webs onto outer surfaces of one of sheet material webs. Note that web with material for bottom fold has opposite side edges, one of them extending along one of opposite side edges of sheet material webs. Means of temporary fixation to joint opposite lateral edges of sheet material web to those of web with material for bottom fold after stacking up and feeding web with material for bottom fold. Guides to direct one of aforesaid webs to allow their bending nearby one of opposite said edges of sheet material webs during their feeding and after temporary fixation of aforesaid webs. Web with material for bottom fold is jointed with sheet material web, sides are fomed by sheet material webs while the part with bottom fold is formed by appropriate web with material for bottom fold.
