FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: in the first version, at first interference of the first type is measured (step S600), then interference of the second type is measured (step S605), ratio between results of the first and the second measurements is determined (step S610) and the measured ratio is transmitted to multiple mobile devices (step S615). In the second version, transmitted ratio is received where ratio between interferences of two different types is specified (step S650), power level of transmission over reverse channel is calculated from transmitted ratio which has been received (step S655). In the third version, at first transmission power in the mode of multistation access with orthogonal frequency-division channel multiplexing (OFDMA) is adjusted from the first signals of feedback during transmission in OFDMA mode (step S725), then transmission power in OFDMA mode is adjusted from the second signals of feedback in periods between transmissions in OFDMA mode (step S745). In the fourth version, multiple signals-indicators of interference from various base stations are received (step S805) and from multiple signals-indicators of interference it is determined whether there is necessity to adjust limit of maximum transmission power representing maximum allowable level of transmission power by which it is limited (step S810).

EFFECT: transmission power adjustment over reverse channel for all users within a cell.
