FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The installation for treatment of liquid and paste-like food media contains a cylindrical chamber with a conic bottom (the vortex whereof is connected to the end product collector via a nipple), a bowl disk with guide slots (attached to a hollow drive shaft), a nipple for air-and-smoke mixture outlet, a water ejector with a nipple positioned inside the drive shaft; the novelty consists in the installation being equipped with a chamber with corona electrodes the outlet nipple whereof is connected to the inlet ejector and the distribution device positioned in the centre of the chamber lower part and designed in the shape of a cascade row of cones apexes whereof are directed upwards and mutually form concentric slots.
EFFECT: invention enables to ensure a highly efficient process of electrostatic smoking of liquid and paste-like products and to extend the storage life.
