FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery to prevent secondary post-operation stenosis in primary and repeated operation on spine. Vertebral canal is opened from posterior access and surgical manipulations, influencing pathologic process are performed. Additionally free fragment of subcutaneous adipose cellular tissue with volume 5-10 cm3 is cut out from anterior abdominal wall, laid on dural sac and zone of spinal nerve root origin. After that, above it spinal membrane is laid and fixed to paravertebral muscles and periosteum.
EFFECT: method prevents development of secondary stenosis.
