SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to biotechnology, immunology, medicine and veterinary science and concerns a method for preparing a homogeneous immunostimulating complex (TI-complex) being a protein antigen carrier consisting of mixed triterpene glycoside cucumarioside A2-2 (CD), cholesterol and polar lipid monogalactosyl diacylglyceride (MGDG) of sea macrophytes taken in weight proportions 6:2:4. Said complex is formed by ultramicroscopic tubules of the diameter of approximately 30 nm without foreign substances and shows low hemolytic efficiency. Said TI-complex is able to increase the immunogenicity of protein antigens considerably. The antigen-containing lipid-saponin complex has the same superstructure of the original TI-complex.

EFFECT: use of the safe standard preparations of the adjuvant antigen carrier of high immunostimulating activity enables the use of the invention in medicine and veterinary science as a base for vaccines of new generation.
