SUBSTANCE: disclosed is lipid/saponin immunostimulating complex representing carrier for protein antigens comprising mixture of cucumarioside triterpene glycoside A₂-2 (CD), cholesterol and monogalactozyl diacylglyceride (MGDG) polar lipid derived from sea macrophytes in mass ratio of 3:2:6. Said complex represents ultramicroscopical tubules having tubule diameter nearly 40 nm. Also described are antigen-containing lipid/saponin complex having the same structure and containing carrier for protein antigens and monomer porin and method for production thereof. Claimed method includes blending of cholesterol solution and MGDG in chloroform in mass ratio of 2:6 and stripping to dryness under vacuum. Then 3 mass pts of 0.4 % cucumarioside solution is added. Mixture is solubilized and total concentration of cholesterol and MGDG is adjusted to 2 mg per 1 ml of phosphate-salt buffer. Monomer porin is added in dose of 0.1-10 mug protein per 1 mug CD. Obtained slurry is exposed with ultrasound disintegrator for 5 min and held for 3 h to form porin complex. Described is application of said complex as vaccine preparation.
