FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reinforcing insert in hollow plastic window, door or similar enclosing frames. Reinforcing insert in hollow plastic frame of window or door unit has hollow closed profile of rectangular section, in which during pultrusion manufacturing of walls of section profile of insert insertion of initial materials of thermoplastic tapes and strips of glass fabric is made so that on outer and inner surfaces of walls there are external and internal single layers of thermoplastic tapes, which are initially laid before pultrusion tightly to each other. At that, single layers from initial glass fabric strips are located inside walls under said single layers of thermoplastic tapes, and further between said single layers of glass fabric in wall is main part of composite material is also from initially laid tightly to each other thermoplastic tapes. Insert is configured to insert its workpiece into workpiece of plastic structural profile before their joint cutting into size of parts of reinforced window frames of window or door unit, fixation of cut workpieces of insert inside cut parts of blanks of plastic structural profile and at end of simultaneous welding of obtained parts of workpieces of plastic structural profile to each other and liner workpieces with each other to produce reinforced frame of window or door unit. Insert is made using ComTape B.V. thermoplastic tapes, consisting of glass fiber impregnated with polypropylene, and reinforcing strip glass fabric manufactured by Tissa Textiles, on technically and technologically modified industrial pultrusion Pultrex P500×6T unit. Insert has the following average values of technical parameters: volume content of binder 61.73%; volume content of fibers is 37.59%; volumetric content of porosity 0.68%; tensile modulus of 28.1 GPa; flexural modulus 26.63 GPa; coefficient of linear thermal expansion of longitudinal 1.37 mcm/(m•K); thermal conductivity along 0.55 W/m/K; thermal conductivity across 0.40 W/m/K.

EFFECT: complex improvement of operational and technological characteristics of frames of window or door blocks with proposed thermoplastic pultrusion reinforcement inserts, namely strength together with heat insulation, due to improved properties of insert itself, easy assembly of frame with insert and, especially, weldability of angular joints of workpiece workpieces and workpieces of insert and possibility of complete after-use recycling of insert.
