SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to novel compounds of formula

where Y denotes a group of formula , in which: R' is selected from hydrogen atoms, (C1-C6) alkoxy or phenoxy, the aromatic ring of which is optionally substituted with one or more halogen atoms; R denotes a hydrogen atom; n equals 0; X denotes isoquinolinyl. The invention also relates to use of the compound of formula (I) and a pharmaceutical composition based on said compound.
EFFECT: obtaining novel compounds having vanilloid receptor type 1 antagonist properties.
