, compositions, as well as to use of said compounds to prepare medicinal agents for treating pathologies mediated by type I vanilloid receptors (TRPV1). In general formula (I), X represents two hydrogen atoms, a π-bond, an oxygen atom or methylene; R2 represents phenyl, benzyl and phenethyl; R3 represents hydrogen, 2hydroxyethyl or 2-aminoethyl.
