FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: screw compressor comprises a hollow casing 1, a male rotor 7 and a female rotor installed in a casing cavity 1 on bearings 5 and 6 with formation of working chambers between screw surfaces of coupled grooves of rotors and surfaces of the casing cavity 1, sealing elements. Sealing elements are made in the form of grooves formed on the inner end surface of the casing surface 1 at the injection side, separated from each other by protruding links and communicated with each other by means of an end gap 11 between edges of links and rotors.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the compression process and accordingly higher energy properties, reliability and durability of the screw compressor.
