FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: in a metal collapsible fold a pipe is placed, a foaming composition is introduced into a gap between the pipe and the mould and soaked until hardening, differing by the fact that plastic tubes are fixed previously on the pipe along a spiral line, an anti-adhesive coating is applied onto the inner surface of the metal collapsible mould, sheet material is placed into the metal collapsible mould, sealing rings are put onto the pipe, and pipe heating is started, and the foaming composition is polyurethane.

EFFECT: improved properties of heat insulation material, reduction of total cost.
