SUBSTANCE: sealed device 10 contains medicines and is made up of flat element 10F pressed against opposite element 10S to make a joint. Pump chamber 12P arranged between said elements creates tear-off force in response to external force applied by user. Sealed chamber 12M contains medicines to be dispensed. Duct 14 allows fluid communication between chambers in response to tear-off force. Seal 16 is fitted around pump chamber, chamber for medicines and said duct. Said seal features sufficient reliability to sustain internal tear-off force created in dispensing. Dispensing orifice 18 is provided with tear-off coat to dispense medicine from chamber 12M. Tear-off point 18S is arranged nearby dispensing orifice. Teat-off valve 18F formed at tear-off point communicated with tear-off orifice. Said valve extends outward to allow use to grasp tear-off coat.
EFFECT: reliable dispenser.
