FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for exposing a child to food products with multiple different tastes for his/her inurement to different tastes. The method envisages the sequential stages: administration of one portion of food product A (PP - A), one portion of product B (PP - B), one portion of product C (PP - C) and one portion of product D (PP - D) to a child. PP-A contains a vegetable material, PP-B contains a vegetable material of plant species other than those used for production of PP-A, PP-C contains a vegetable material of plant species other than those used for production of PP-A and PP-B, PP-D contains a vegetable material of plant species other than those used for production of PP-A, PP-B and PP-C. PP-A, PP-B, PP-C and PP-D are infant foods or vegetable purees and contain at least 50 wt % (of the dry weight of food product) of a vegetable material of single plant species. Additionally one proposes a set of parts for a child's organoleptic inurement to different tastes; the set contains 2-100 vessels with a food product. The set contains one vessel with one portion of product PP-A, one vessel with one portion of product PP-B, one vessel with one portion of product PP-C and one vessel with one portion of product PP-D. A single portion is represented by 2-50 ml of liquid or semi-liquid food product; 2-50 g of dry infant food; 150-250 ml of liquid infant food.

EFFECT: invention allows to stimulate persons' consumption of vegetables and fruit, reduce the risk of development of adiposopathy and diabetes.
