SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the plant-based dried products made of fruits and/or vegetables and representing light snacks. Due to their production method at low temperatures with extensive oxygen exclusion obtained dried products are characterized by high level of preservation and sensitivity to oxidation and temperature. Dried products components have intense aroma and homogeneous appearance with attractive color.
EFFECT: inventions group usage will allow to enhance the ready dried product quality.
