SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to a set of products for children alimentation. The set contains at least one vegetable-based product and one fruit-based product suitable for each of the infant development stages. Each set contains less than 2 mcg of furan per 1 kg of the food product, furan produced as an undesirable by-product in the process of ultra high temperature treatment. The invention additionally relates to a method of daily and regular feeding of an infant aged from 4 to 36 months using the set of products with a reduced level of furan content. The invention additionally relates to a method for prevention or retardation of disorders related to incorrect alimentation with children aged 4-36 months. Possible disorders related to incorrect alimentation are adiposity, exhaustion, diabetes and heart diseases.
EFFECT: method envisages infant feeding with the set of food products.
