SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Claimed is respiratory therapeutic device, which includes case, structure of flow deflection, high-frequency pressure port (HF port) and involving port. Case limits main passage, which has side of interaction with patient. Structure of flow deflection is in pneumatic connection with main passage. HF port is configured for pneumatic connection with source of oscillating gas flow and is pneumatically connected with structure of flow deflection. Involving port is able to open for surrounding air and is pneumatically connected with structure of flow deflection. In accordance with said construction, device is configured in such a way that characteristics of flow of gas flow from external source to patient's side change in the interaction with structure of flow deflection to create pressure drop for intake of surrounding air through involving port when carrying out therapy by percussion pressure.

EFFECT: elaboration of novel respiratory therapeutic device.
