FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: rotor blade with a variable angular momentum comprises a self-rotary rotor, on the axis of which there is additionally at least one flywheel arranged. The flywheel is kinematically connected to the rotor, besides, the kinematic link of the flywheel and the rotor is made as capable of changing the rotor-flywheel system angular momentum relative to the axis of rotation.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase durability, reliability and to improve traction characteristics of rotor blades included into wind-powered engines with two and three degrees of rotor freedom.
