FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: multipurpose polyethylene insulator contains base and cover connected by flexible strap, external surface of the base is made by radius which virtually coincides with radius of spheric support cross-section and two vertical side square rest pads; inner surface of cover has two grooves of smaller and greater diameter for fixing in them barbed wire of two types.
EFFECT: providing possibility to fix it reliably and steady both on flat and on spheric supports and fixing in it two types of wire.
