FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: wire includes solid structure of base and studs and is made of multi-row metal profile made by rolling of steel strip so that base and ribs are formed. Base has the shape of a circle in cross section throughout the length of profile. Studs are provided with two double-edged angles and obtained by cutting of the above ribs.

EFFECT: enhancing structural, electric and barrier properties of barbed wire.
