FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry. One moulds and cools chocolate shell having the shape of a hollow figure. One introduces a 0.3-1.5 cm diameter wafer roll preliminarily prepared and baked into the chocolate shell. The wafer roll is laid along the whole length of the chocolate shell bottom. One fills the chocolate shell with a filler to a level 2.0-4.0 mm below its edge, one closely places crushed nuts with particles sized 2-5 mm onto the filler surface till a nut layer formation.

EFFECT: invention allows to simplify the technological process, reduce prime cost of the ready goods, expand the products range, improve organoleptic properties of the product, increase the goods resistance to mechanical impacts and extend the storage life.
