FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of confectioneries, such as chocolate candies.
SUBSTANCE: method involves forming and cooling chocolate enclosure; filling enclosure with filler and forming ready products, with chocolate enclosure being made in the form of hollow geometric figure in the shape of cup; inserting preliminarily prepared wafer enclosure shaped to conform to that of chocolate enclosure into prepared cup-shaped chocolate enclosure, said wafer enclosure having height 1.0-2.5 mm less than that of chocolate enclosure. Chocolate-wafer enclosure is filled with filler so as to cover upper edge of wafer enclosure.
EFFECT: reduced costs of ready products, wider range of chocolate candies, reduced consumption of chocolate and high-caloricity filler, improved quality and organoleptical properties of products.
