FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgical dentistry and can be used in treatment of ptyalolithiasis. Method includes therapeutic impact, breaking down stones located in ducts and parenchyma of salivary glands. Used is patient's saliva from parotid salivary glands in amount 1.0-1.5 ml. Saliva is preliminarily sampled by means of catheter in duct of parotid salivary gland. After that it is introduced into duct of submandibular salivary gland once per day during 16-20 days. Preventive repetition is carried out 1 time per six months.
EFFECT: used invention makes it possible to simply and highly effectively treat ptylolithiasis without application of expensive medications, eliminate risk of development of allergic reactions and recurrence of stone formation, reduce risk of surgery on tissues of gland and duct, as well as different complications associated with it.
