In the presence of the radially directed leave-shaped structures at the facie edge, a concretion is suggested to be removed with the salivary gland, while in the absence of the radially directed leave-shaped structures at the facie edge, the concretion is recommended to be removed from the duct with the salivary gland preserved.
EFFECT: method enables the timely appropriate treatment, improved quality of life of these group of patients.
