SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for drug treatment of discirculatory form of open-angle glaucoma in people with myopic refraction. For this purpose combined treatment by Vasobral and Azopt is carried out. For one month medication Vasobral is introduced in dose 1 tablet 2 times per day and instillation of Azopt are performed in dose 1 drop 2 times per day. After that, instillations of Azopt are carried out in dose 1 drop 1 time per day constantly, and Vasobral is introduced in dose Ѕ tablet 2 times per day for one more month.
EFFECT: method provides efficient treatment of said category of patients, stabilising vision acuity and field, resulting in normalisation of intraocular pressure, improving.
