FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for finishing of hard-to-grind metals and alloys liable to burns and formation of micro cracks by diamond abrasive tools. Device body accommodates hone holders with diamond abrasive hones arranged at acute angle to cylinder lengthwise axis, pistons with rids reciprocating in said cylinders. Hone holders jointed together by coil compression springs are articulated to rod spherical faces. Cylinder hear ends are filled with pressurised oil and communicated via bypass orifices with central chamber communicated via hollow spindle with external hydraulic station. Said body may reciprocate oscillating relative to its lengthwise axis.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality, intensified grinding.
