SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed ACS comprises differential, control unit increasing course stability, and stability control unit. Said control unit increasing course stability allows differential to operate in first and second modes and in compliance with applied torque signal preset difference. Signal difference equals initial difference of applied torque multiplied by modifier. Modifier nominator incorporates difference between error range and product of correlation function, ''dead zone'' function and difference between actual vehicle yaw speed and preset yaw speed. Modifier denominator incorporates error range. Stability control unit allows control over differential at preset or higher speed of vehicle.

EFFECT: improved stability.
