Friction brakes are controlled to set the inclination magnitude equal to inclined motion target magnitude and gradual decrease in said magnitude used for control over friction brakes at decrease in accuracy of inclined motion magnitude evaluation. Besides, this invention discloses the vehicle control device and process.

EFFECT: better orientation of the vehicle body at reduced accuracy of spring mass conditions evaluation.
