SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to diarylthiohydantoic compounds of formula wherein R₁ and R₂ together with carbon atom whereto attached are a cycloalkyl consisting of 4-5 carbon atoms, wherein R3 is specified in a group consisting of dimethylcarbamoylalkyl and cyanoalkyl and wherein R4 represents hydrogen or fluorine. Also, an invention refers to a pharmaceutical composition on the basis of the declared compounds, to a method of synthesis and application thereof.

EFFECT: there are produced new diarylthiohydantoic derivatives effective in treating hormone-resistant prostate cancer.
