SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a new method for preparing anticancer preparations representing derivatives of (poly)aminoalkylaminoacetamide epipodofillotoxine of formula 1. The method implies a condensation stage of the compounds of formulae 4 and 6 in a polar aprotonic solvent without pre-protection of functional amine groups to produce a compound of formula 1, wherein in formulae 1, 4 and 6 R represents hydrogen atom or -(CH2)c-NH2, 2≤a, b, c≤5.

EFFECT: what is offered is the new effective method for preparing the compounds with anticancer activity.
