FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: drilling device comprises a drilling working element, a cavitation auger bottomhole motor, a hydraulic distributor unit made as capable to control a drilling agent flow, an operating motor to control a hydraulic distribution unit, and an electronic subunit to control an operating motor. The device to adjust speed of drilling tool rotation includes an extended cylindrical vessel of the tool, a cavitation auger bottomhole motor, a driving shaft, a hydraulic distributor unit, an operating motor to put the hydraulic distributor unit in action and an electronic subunit connected to the hydraulic distributor unit. The drilling method includes using the cavitation auger bottomhole motor, adjustment of speed of auger motor rotor rotation by means of controlling the drilling agent flow passing via the auger motor, by means of a driven hydraulic distributor, which is connected to the operating motor, and control of the operating motor by means of the electronic control subunit.
EFFECT: invention provides for simpler, more reliable system and related control methods to actuate and control direction and orientation of a rotary bottomhole drilling tool, when it is necessary to return the diverged well to the assigned trajectory.
