FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: multiplier is designed to transfer power of the working fluid with conversion of its pressure, particularly in hydraulic drives of presses (forging presses, stamping presses, etc.) and testing equipment (e.g., machines of pipe hydraulic testing). The multiplier consists of housing 1 in the form of a sleeve with internal central support seal band. It contains piston hydraulic cylinders of low and high pressure and a kicker hydraulic cylinder. Housing 1 is closed with no-go lids 2 and 3 on its ends. Housing 1 has power piston 4 of a permanent operating diameter forming working spaces 5 and 6 of low and high pressure respectively. Housing 7 of the kicker hydraulic cylinder is located coaxially with power piston 4, rigidly connected to lid 3, located on the side of high pressure chamber 6 and enters boring of power piston 4 with formation of drain cavity 8 where piston 9 of the kicker hydraulic cylinder enters. Piston 9 may be spring-actuated relative to housing 7 by means of compression spring 10 installed in working chamber 11 of the kicker hydraulic cylinder.
EFFECT: reduced size and weight of the unilateral pressure multiplier.
