SUBSTANCE: mobile station comprises the following: a module to select a cell, arranged as capable of performing a procedure of repeated cell selection within the preset period of time after unsuccessful detection of a radio channel with the first basic radio station, which controls the first cell; a module to transfer a request signal for repeated establishment of a connection, arranged as capable to transfer a request signal for repeated establishment of a connection into the second basic radio station, which controls the selected second cell, if it is identified that the second cell is a cell using the same circuit of radio access as the first cell; and a module to start a procedure of connection recovery, arranged as capable to start the connection recovery procedure for a switching station of mobile communication, which controls the second basic radio station, if it is identified that a response signal received from the second basic radio station in response to a request signal for repeated establishment of a connection is a signal that means a refusal to repeatedly establish a connection, or if it is identified that the second cell is a cell using a radio access circuit different from the radio access circuit of the first cell.

EFFECT: invention prevents recovery of the connection by a user just manually in case of communication interruptions.
