FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile station. The mobile station contains an access level unit corresponding to the access level terminated between the mobile station and a basic radio station; and a no-access level unit corresponding to no-access level terminated between the mobile station and the switching centre of mobile communication. The access level unit has the possibility of activating the first timer at detection of quality reduction of a radio communication channel installed with the basic radio station. The access level unit has the possibility of detection of a failure in a radio communication channel and activation of the second timer in case quality reduction of the radio communication channel is not stopped till activity of the first timer is finished. If a certain cell is not found during activation of the second timer, the access level unit has the possibility of being changed over to a waiting mode and the possibility of notifying the no-access level unit of the fact that a failure has been detected in a radio communication channel, as well as of the cell found during the cell selection operation. The no-access level unit has the possibility of transmitting to the switching centre of mobile communication of a location recording request signal if the no-access level unit has received notification of the fact that a failure of a radio communication channel has been detected.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of probable losses of descending data.
