SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a mobile station. In the mobile station disclosed herein, an access level unit is configured to notify a non-access level unit upon detecting breakdown in a radio channel established with a radio base station, or upon finding a cell in which location registration is possible during a cell selection operation, on said detection or finding, and the non-access level unit is configured to transmit a location registration request signal to a mobile switching centre (MME) in response to said notification.
EFFECT: fast communication channel restoration.
