FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device for vacuum drying of biomaterials comprises an evaporator chamber with a concave bottom and a thermal jacket, an electric heater with a thermal controller, a condenser, a condensate collector, a vacuum pump, a valve connected at the vacuum pump inlet. Besides, the evaporator chamber has a sight window, moreover, the evaporator chamber is installed in a container made as capable of rotation around the horizontal axis from the vertical position into the horizontal one. The evaporator chamber is equipped with actuating media from a metal in the form of balls. Besides, the device comprises a tight cap, at least two magnets fixed at the yoke ends and a drive to rotate the electromagnets. Besides, the tight cap is installed along the centre of the concave bottom of the evaporator chamber, inside which there are magnets fixed on the yoke with a drive of their rotation, the actuating media around the cap are placed in the quantity of at least two and not more than in a single row.
EFFECT: simplified design of a device for vacuum drying of a biomaterial, lower consumption of power for movement of actuating media and possibility to detect completion of biomaterial drying by variation of its colour.
