SUBSTANCE: the method consists in simulation of the operating conditions by blowing off the test object in the respective way by an organized and adjusted water-air flow, at this time a change of flow orientation in the radial and angular directions, as well as of its mode, is possible.

EFFECT: enhanced level of simulation of the operating conditions enhancing the precision of tests by producing the icing conditions approximated to the real ones.
