FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device for unipolarly charged steam production using thermal energy contains an insulated steam boiler with a conductive liquid, an outlet valve, a heater, a transformer grounded secondary winding whereof is connected to the electrode placed in the liquid via a diode, a source of electric energy and a capacitor; the diode and the heater are placed inside the electrostatic protection connected to the steam boiler.
EFFECT: production of unipolarly charged steam with high density of volume charges.
